Absolutely!! Guests are welcome to bring their favorite food and drink. If you choose to bring alcoholic beverages, the Captain will check your photo I.D. that you're of age to legally consume and MODERATION will be strictly enforced. Anyone who shows up to the marina intoxicated will not be allowed to board the Tiki Boat and for anyone who becomes overly intoxicated, the cruise may be canceled and no refund will be given. We will provide a large cooler for you to use, and bags of ice can be purchased at the ship's store inside Pier 7 Marina.
Of course!! Just connect your device to our blue tooth stereo and party away!
If you cancel your cruise at least 48 hours before your original departure time, you will receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours or no-shows will not get a refund. If the Captain cancels the trip due to bad weather or some other reason, you will receive a full refund.
Dress for the weather, if we're headed out to Saginaw Bay, it could be a comfortable 75 degrees on the river, but temperatures can drop a bit once we hit the bay, so dress in layers or bring that extra light jacket. Comfortable tennis or boat shoes are recommended, we are on a boat so high heels might not be a good choice. Bring other things such as sunglasses, hats, and especially sunscreen.
Unfortunately no, the insurance policy will not allow for jumping, swimming or tubing from the boat.
Yes, there is a small bathroom available, but we always recommend you use the shore facilities before we get underway.
Possibly, if there are no other charters scheduled after yours, we can continue the fun at an additional charge of $100 per hour with a maximum of 3 extra hours.
Cruises run every day from 10 AM to 1 PM, 3 PM to 6 PM and sunset cruise times vary throughout the year.
As much as we love our fur babies, we ask that you leave your 4 legged friends at home. Service animals are always permitted, though they may be subject to having their picture taken for social media purposes.
Yes, children ages 6 and up are welcomed.
No, guests are required to be physically capable to board the boat unassisted as we do not have ramps or lifts for wheelchairs.
Smoking is allowed, however, a $50 cleaning charge will be automatically added to your bill and you will be financially responsible for any damages to the boat caused by smoking. Even though it is legal by State law, smoking marijuana is not legal in the eyes of "Uncle Sam" and is not allowed on charter boats. Anyone caught bringing it or any other controlled substance onboard the boat will result in immediate termination of the cruise and no refund will be granted.
Yes, the Captain is in charge! His first priority is your safety, in any type of situation listen to his direction. If you decide to partake in adult beverages, please remember moderation. Alcohol effects are much stronger on the water due to the natural "stressors" of the wind, waves, and sun. Any guest who overindulges and whose behavior is deemed to be getting out of control will result in the immediate termination of the cruise and all passengers will be dropped off at the closest safe haven and will have to arrange their return to the marina to get their vehicles. Please do not drink and drive, download the Lyft or Uber app and get a safe ride home. We will gladly call you a taxi if you don't like using those other services. Lastly, have FUN!!! Take lots of pictures and tag us on Facebook and/or Instagram.....Captains orders!
